In this role, you will support the Investments Team through various tasks, including preparing critical investment analyses and proposals. Strong communication skills will enable you to efficiently manage projects and due diligence materials while ensuring timely updates. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing financial analyses for potential deals • Organize due diligence materials for transactions • Distribute notifications and updates to stakeholders • Maintain accurate documentation and transaction files • Summarize post-acquisition warranty items
Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate • 0–1 year intern experience in finance or real estate • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • High attention to detail and organization • Proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling
