As a Relief Pharmacist with Loblaw Companies Limited, you will be responsible for managing medication dispensing, counseling patients, and ensuring inventory levels meet needs. This role requires superior customer relations skills and focuses on providing timely patient care, along with community education through various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately to patients
• Maintain adequate inventory levels for patient needs
• Counsel patients on new medications and supplements
• Educate customers about health services and programs
• Address patient and physician requests effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a Class A license
• Strong leadership and performance management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven community-based marketing experience
