Key Responsibilities
• Perform Tax Due Diligence and assess compliance risks
• Advise clients on Tax Structuring for transactions
• Analyze key tax factors in financial modeling
• Facilitate pre and post-deal tax compliance services
• Help develop client proposals and technical training
Requirements:
• Experience with Tax Due Diligence and vendor assistance
• Knowledge of post-deal implementation and PFI structuring
• Skills in building networks and client relationships
• Ability to meet project deadlines effectively
