Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement backend services for tokenized equities • Manage technically complex projects from start to finish • Integrate traditional market systems with blockchain solutions • Collaborate with product and compliance teams for regulatory alignment • Mentor engineering teams and conduct technical reviews
Requirements: • 5+ years in software engineering with large-scale system delivery • Proficient in Go, Python, or Java and cloud-native tools • Strong focus on correctness in critical systems • Experience driving cross-functional projects • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals or willingness to learn
