Become the key leader in family services as the Manager of Family and Community Programs at Family Services à la famille Ottawa. Drive program innovation and lead community-focused initiatives in this permanent full-time position.
As a vital part of the Leadership Team, you will oversee family support and community outreach programs, enhancing service delivery and ensuring that programming responds effectively to community needs. Your experience in counseling and program management will significantly influence the well-being of families impacted by adversities.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct the management of various family-related programs • Identify community needs and develop responsive services • Enhance team collaboration and staff support strategies • Oversee program evaluation and quality assurance • Develop and manage program budgets and expenditures
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field • 3-5 years in supervisory or program management roles • Comprehensive knowledge of family dynamics and support systems • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
