This permanent position involves leading a dedicated team of Saltwater Equipment Labourers while ensuring optimal equipment availability and condition. You will coordinate operations, establish inventory controls, and troubleshoot issues, all while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Strong supervisory skills in aquaculture and efficient management practices are essential for effective daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor Saltwater Equipment Labourers • Coordinate equipment movement across multiple aquaculture sites • Establish inventory control and traceability methods • Plan daily work activities to meet operational needs • Troubleshoot equipment issues and guide the team
Requirements: • Must have aquaculture industry experience • Previous supervisory experience is an asset • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Valid Class 5 driver's license and travel ability
