What You Will Do: In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical financial modeling and real-world business strategy.

Strategic Business Partnering:

Collaborate directly with senior business leaders to lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans across complex commercial divisions.

Scenario & Capital Modeling:

Build and stress-test advanced financial models evaluating "Option A vs. Option B" for major commercial investments, lease changes, and multi-million-dollar procurement initiatives.

Dashboard Innovation:

Design, build, and maintain performance-tracking dashboards (using Power BI or Tableau) to translate massive operational data sets into clear, actionable executive insights.

Financial Stewardship:

Conduct benchmarking studies, feasibility analyses, and market assessments to drive EBITDA performance and identify "lost opportunity" or cost-saving revenue leaks.

The Finance Liaison:

Act as the trusted financial advisor and liaison to non-finance operational partners, ensuring commercial agreements align with corporate financial policies.

Who You Are:

The Educational Foundation:

University degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

The Professional Credential:

A completed

CPA or CFA designation

(or active, advanced pursuit of either) is highly preferred and considered a major asset.

The Experience Base:

3+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, or business planning experience in a complex, data-heavy environment.

The Analytical Toolset:

Advanced Excel mastery (financial modeling, scenario forecasting) combined with hands-on experience building and deploying BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau).

The Communication Power:

Exceptional ability to present findings to executive-level stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships with non-finance partners.

Industry Context (Asset):

Experience in commercial real estate, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), hospitality, transportation, logistics, or similarly complex, multi-stakeholder industries.

Security & Compliance:

Must be eligible and able to obtain standard federal background security clearance (due to the highly regulated, critical nature of the operations environment).
