Recruitment Coordinator

Contract: 12 months

Location: Calgary, AB or Winnipeg, MB

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week

Hours: Standard business hours, with some flexibility

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator with a corporate recruitment background to support high-volume, non-technical hiring. The role combines candidate screening and assessment with recruitment coordination, process management and accurate tracking of recruitment activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring profiles and candidate requirements.
  • Review candidate profiles and identify suitable candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and oversee candidate assessments for high-volume hiring.
  • Review assessment results and distribute them to appropriate recruitment partners.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment documentation within the ATS.
  • Track metrics related to candidate assessments and recruitment activity.
  • Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and meeting timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of corporate recruitment experience, ideally supporting non-technical roles.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment, candidate screening and/or assessments.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in either Calgary or Winnipeg.

Nice to Have

  • Workday recruitment/ATS experience.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale or high-volume corporate hiring programs.
