Jim Dent Construction is seeking a professional Project Manager with more than 5 years of heavy civil experience to lead diverse field operations. Your responsibilities will involve managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication abilities dedicated to achieving project success.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage delivery of heavy civil projects from inception to completion • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Develop budgets and track project financial performance • Maintain client relationships and resolve project issues • Mentor and lead field teams to drive productivity
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management • At least 5 years of project management experience • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Background in hydroelectric projects is advantageous • Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
