You will implement HR initiatives in staffing, compensation, and employee relations while serving as a key advisor to management. This position demands an analytical approach to HR data, particularly in enhancing performance management systems. You will work hand-in-hand with business leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive recruitment efforts with the staffing team • Develop performance improvement plans • Oversee HR policy integration during mergers • Build partnerships for resolving employee issues • Conduct risk mitigation training sessions
Requirements: • BS/BA in a related field • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience • Certification may be necessary • An advanced degree may substitute for experience • Required 20%-50% overnight travel
