In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated health care team committed to providing exceptional service to the Francophone community. This position is ideal for graduates of Health Care Aide training programs, especially those with experience in Long Term Care or Chronic Care.
Key Responsibilities: • Support residents with daily care needs • Effectively communicate with residents and team members • Manage workload with organized and prioritized tasks • Adhere to safety regulations and health policies • Maintain a positive attendance record
Requirements: • Completion of an approved Health Care Aide training program • Experience in Long Term Care or Chronic Care settings • Bilingual communication skills in French and English • Valid Criminal Record Check • Familiarity with workplace safety and health legislation
