Key Responsibilities: • Support residents with daily care needs • Effectively communicate with residents and team members • Manage workload with organized and prioritized tasks • Adhere to safety regulations and health policies • Maintain a positive attendance record
Requirements: • Completion of an approved Health Care Aide training program • Experience in Long Term Care or Chronic Care settings • Bilingual communication skills in French and English • Valid Criminal Record Check • Familiarity with workplace safety and health legislation
