As a new graduate at Hatch, you will focus on the structural engineering of industrial buildings and foundations. Reporting to the Structural Discipline Lead Engineer, you will collaborate with teams globally, utilizing innovative practices. Your role will involve applying engineering principles, preparing calculation reports, and participating in safety training.
Key Responsibilities: • Apply engineering principles for structural analysis calculations • Collaborate with senior engineers and Hatch departments • Prepare reports supporting analysis and design outcomes • Learn structural software, codes, and design standards • Participate in site safety training and activities
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering • Expected graduation in 2027 or recent graduate • Prior co-op or internship experience is preferred • Familiarity with SAP2000, STAADPro is a plus • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
