Key Responsibilities: • Craft and execute advisor curriculum strategies • Ensure ongoing relevancy of training materials and resources • Enhance learning experiences through modern techniques • Foster team development and remove obstacles to success • Consult on learning needs and outcomes with stakeholders
Requirements: • Relevant degree, preferably in Business or Education • Over 5 years’ experience in financial services education • Demonstrated people management capabilities • Familiarity with learning management systems • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
