As a Management Trainee, you’ll enter a 3.5 to 4-year program, gaining insight into various business aspects, starting with warehouse and customer service. You will evolve through phases focusing on customer relationships, account management, and leadership competencies while building a sales territory. Regular mentorship from seasoned managers will guide your progress and enhance your career trajectory.
Key Responsibilities: • Participate in on-the-job training in key business areas • Build customer relationships and manage projects • Develop sales strategies and identify new opportunities • Gain experience in financial management and procurement • Lead a team and mentor peers in the final phase
Requirements: • University degree or college diploma in any discipline • Positive, results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software • Valid driver’s license
