Take the lead as a Food Service Supervisor at our restaurant, ensuring quality food and exceptional service. You'll coordinate staff, manage food preparation, and address customer concerns.
In this role, you will supervise and train a team of 3-4 food service employees. With 1 to 2 years of experience required, your leadership will establish work schedules and maintain high quality control standards. You will work on-site and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere by maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise staff preparing and portioning food • Train team in sanitation and safety procedures • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meals • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly • Prepare reports on stock and sales performance
Requirements: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience • Effective communication in English • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Ability to work on-site at the restaurant
