Take on the role of Retirement Analyst with People Corporation in our National Indigenous Solutions Practice based in Winnipeg, Burlington, or Burnaby. This position emphasizes data management and insight generation for group retirement initiatives.
As a critical part of our team, you’ll collaborate with the National Director to enhance our group retirement offerings. With a focus on using AI for data automation, you will provide meaningful analytics and insights, helping to support Indigenous communities' retirement needs effectively. Develop your skills in pricing support and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Validate and manage client/member retirement data â€
¢ Develop reporting models and benchmarking frameworks â€
¢ Manage group retirement quotes in collaboration with carriers â€
¢ Identify trends and opportunities for clients' plans â€
¢ Prepare strategic materials for meetings and presentations
Requirements:

¢ At least 2 years in data analysis within financial services â€
¢ Knowledge of group retirement and reporting processes â€
¢ Advanced Excel and familiarity with data visualization â€
¢ Experience using AI for process improvement â€
¢ Strong communication skills for client interaction Help shape a modern, data-driven retirement practice that delivers real impact in Indigenous communities.
