¢ Oversee daily operations of Animal Care and Veterinary Services â€
¢ Consult senior leaders on financial and operational strategies â€
¢ Develop and implement policies for efficient service delivery â€
¢ Lead initiatives for risk management and performance monitoring â€
¢ Champion continuous improvement within the department
Requirements:

¢ 7 years of administrative and financial management experience â€
¢ Undergraduate degree in Business Management preferred â€
¢ Experience in strategic planning and team leadership â€
¢ Familiarity with University policies and compliance programs â€
¢ CPA or other relevant certifications preferred Enhance Western’s operations and service excellence with your strong leadership skills.
