As a Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand, you’ll support the Foreperson in managing a daily crew of three to five employees. You will be responsible for task delegation to guarantee safety and efficiency standards are upheld. Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, and managing tools while maintaining professional communication with clients and team members across various job sites.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide a team in daily tasks • Assign work to ensure adherence to quality standards • Conduct lawn maintenance tasks like pruning and weeding • Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively • Liaise professionally with crew and clients
Requirements: • Valid G driver’s license with a clean record • Experience in leading a small crew preferred • Background in landscaping or lawn maintenance • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks • Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety
