Enhance food retail operations as an Implementation Consultant with Upshop. Lead deployments and ensure effective use of our SaaS solutions to boost client success. As an Implementation Consultant, you will drive the onboarding process, helping customers realize the full potential of Upshop technology. Your role combines customer consulting with technical implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. Strong relationship management and operational insight will be key to achieving results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with clients during implementation
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and design meetings
• Customize solutions to meet specific customer goals
• Manage implementation phases from discovery to launch
• Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in software implementation within retail
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Proven track record in managing project timelines
• Willingness to travel as required Utilize your technical acumen in a collaborative environment to enhance client operations at Upshop.
