As part of the Technology Solutions Delivery practice at EY, you will manage multiple ERP project phases, helping clients implement and optimize Oracle Cloud applications. Your key role involves risk assessment, customization, and training, aiming for superior application performance and cost-effectiveness. You'll also engage in business development efforts to expand client services.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage project teams through the entire ERP lifecycle
• Conduct technology risk assessments for client projects
• Lead customization and implementation processes
• Deliver training to client staff effectively
• Build and maintain effective client relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with ~5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with ERP systems and Oracle Financials required
• Proven success in system implementations
• Strong client-facing communication skills
