As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work alongside talented engineers, architects, and business partners to build modern, cloud-based applications that power investment operations across multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Commercial Real Estate, Credit Default Swaps, and Reinsurance.

What You'll Do
As a key member of an Agile delivery squad, you will:Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications across the full software development lifecycle.
Build modern user experiences using React and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
Develop and enhance cloud-native applications running on Azure and Kubernetes (AKS) .
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to implement high-impact solutions.
Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
Create APIs, database designs, and server-side components supporting mission-critical investment applications.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Apply modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, testing, and semantic versioning.
Mentor team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
What You'll BringRequired Experience5 to 8 years of Full-Stack Development5+ years of hands-on development using Java .5+ years of advanced SQL and database development experience.3+ years working with Microservices and Kubernetes (AKS preferred) .
Strong experience developing modern web applications using React.js .
Expertise with Spring Boot , RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience with GitHub , GitHub Copilot , and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building solutions in Microsoft Azure .
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, and secure development practices.
