As part of the Parliamentary Precinct Operations, you will coordinate a team for food production in dynamic settings, including the Food Production Facility and Main Kitchen. Bilingual candidates (English and French) will thrive, executing a range of food services from simple coffees to intricate banquets amid varied work hours.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise food preparation in high-demand environments • Deliver quality cafeteria meals and catering services • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards • Manage cold and hot food production duties • Respond effectively to operational demands
Requirements: • Qualification equivalent to Red Seal certification • Proven supervisory experience (minimum one year) • Three years in a relevant kitchen or restaurant • Skilled in using advanced kitchen equipment • Must be bilingual in English and French
