The Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for the delivery, management, and monitoring of Kinaxis products and cloud infrastructure in our production offerings. We are responsible for ensuring service availability and performance to our customers globally, 7x24x365. We develop automation geared towards production operations using modern platform tooling. Location
If in Ottawa/ Toronto, you must be in the office at least three days a week. Remote for other Canadian locations Term Duration
We are looking to hire for 2 positions - one starting immediately and the other starting January 2027. Term Duration - Full time for 8 or 12 months Co-op / Intern Eligibility
This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date. Compensation range
$27.04 - $39.66 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience. Vacancy Status

Deliver customer excellence, making sure we meet all SLAs Work in a highly collaborative team Deploy, upgrade, and support numerous applications, services and operating systems Exposure to infrastructure; VMWare, Kubernetes, networking, etc Exposure to public clouds; Azure and GCP Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues Take ownership and accountability of the incident resolution process Must adhere to all security and confidentiality requests for this position May perform work on additional projects upon request What we are looking for
Enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or a related discipline Proven strong troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident due to CGRP security requirements Things that would definitely help
Knowledge of remote system administration Understanding of system performance monitoring Knowledge of modern SaaS technologies Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Ansible Work With Impact:
