As a Social Services Worker, you will engage in important community service work while supervising support staff and developing rehabilitation plans. This contract or term position enables you to positively impact clients' lives by conducting assessments, implementing behavior management programs, and maintaining program statistics for effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise staff and manage office operations • Develop and coordinate specialized rehabilitation programs • Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure client progress • Resolve conflict situations effectively • Prepare detailed classification reports for interventions
Requirements: • Must be fluent in English • Diploma or certificate from a 1-2 year program required • At least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience • Ability to assist clients with various needs • Skills in mentoring and training staff
