Participates in code-walkthroughs and provides feedback to other team members Creates clear, concise, and standard technical documentation and specifications for solutions and provides input into relevant documentation prepared by other groups Assists in troubleshooting and problem solving for new applications/system modification within the team and provides solutions which promote best practices and standard procedures Learn and support existing applications Analyze, evaluate, and solve technical and non-technical (support process) problems and changes to the systems and its components, i.e. the workstation level as well as multi-user environments Job Requirements
Education:
Graduated from a recognized university/college with a degree/certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Systems, Math, Engineering or an acceptable combination of education, related experience, and training.
Experience:
Experience with ServiceNow is an exceptional asset Experience with Microsoft tools (i.e. Office tools, SharePoint, Visual Studio) Experience in debugging and code optimization Experience analyzing, recommending, designing, and implementing solutions appropriate to the core technologies used, including an understanding of the Core Functionality, Reporting, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions and how each will fit into the existing environment Experience using JavaScript Experience with Python, Java Experience using source control and code repositories Knowledge and experience with Project Management and Patch Management processes Knowledge : Knowledge of the cloud and various cloud platforms
