Elevate your payroll expertise with OEG Sports & Entertainment as a Payroll Administrator. This detailed-oriented role focuses on full-cycle payroll processing and HRIS project support in an exciting hybrid work model.
As a key member reporting to the Manager, Payroll & Benefits, you will handle inter-provincial payroll tasks for salaried and hourly employees. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage complex changes, comply with legislation, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your success will contribute to the efficient delivery of payroll services within the growing OEG Retail Cannabis division.
Key Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll bi-weekly for salaried and hourly staff • Verify time data and import hours into payroll systems • Calculate payroll, create employee files, and maintain records • Assist with compliance to employment legislation and regulations • Provide excellent customer service to build trusted relationships
Requirements: • 1-3 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience • Designated Payroll Compliance Professional Certification preferred • Proficient in payroll and HRIS systems • Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail • Microsoft Excel proficiency required for payroll tasks
