As a Client Service Officer in International Private Banking, you will enhance customer experiences while collaborating with Junior and Intermediate Wealth Managers. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, where you will manage client inquiries, complete transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will play a vital role in onboarding clients and supporting high-net-worth individuals with banking needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist Wealth Managers in servicing high-net-worth clients • Execute financial and non-financial transactions accurately • Maintain regular contact to nurture client relationships • Identify and address potential risks following protocols • Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations
Requirements: • Bilingual in English and Spanish • 1-2 years banking experience in commercial or retail • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
