The Opportunity

The Budget Enterprise team at Euna Solutions builds and modernizes the enterprise public budgeting platform that thousands of government users depend on to responsibly manage public dollars. As a Senior Developer, you will own features end to end across a modernization effort moving a large-scale legacy monolith toward a more scalable AWS architecture, working in C# and VB.NET on .NET Framework with T-SQL/SQL Server, and bringing AI-assisted development into your daily workflow. Own features end to end: requirements clarification, implementation, testing, code review, and post-release support Design and build maintainable features within the enterprise budgeting platform using C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, T-SQL/SQL Server, ASP.NET, Telerik UI, and jQuery Contribute to the active migration of servers from a legacy AWS environment to Euna\u2019s internally provisioned, maintained, and monitored AWS environment Hold your own work and your teammates\u2019 work to a high quality bar through rigorous code review and well-tested, documented code Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical designs and estimates Mentor junior developers, sharing platform history, conventions, and context through code review and documentation Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code to accelerate implementation, testing, and review, while remaining fully accountable for the correctness of what you ship What You Bring

7+ years of professional software development experience with substantial hands-on time in C#, VB.NET, and/or ASPX-based web applications Strong T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience, including schema design, query tuning, and stored procedures Solid command of the .NET Framework, including multi-threading, and working proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Strong grounding in object-oriented and component-oriented design, with a security-in-depth mindset applied to day-to-day coding decisions Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing work, and carry features from design through to production Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated or public sector environments TypeScript or object-oriented JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Server v4.x, including SSO components written in Java Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (such as Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK), including prompt architecture, tool or MCP design, and multi-agent coordination Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office. Compensation Range: $108,900 - $136,100
