As an Implementation Project Manager, you will spearhead execution strategies for capital and departmental projects. This position requires 8 years of relevant retail or merchandising experience, strong leadership, and strategic mindset to influence stakeholders at all levels. Your role is vital in connecting teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop execution strategies for minor construction and merchandising projects • Serve as liaison between merchants, teams, and contractors • Manage budget planning and ensure fiscal oversight • Monitor project outcomes for continuous improvement • Partner with external consultants for project documentation
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field • 8 years of relevant work experience • PMI Certification or equivalent preferred • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills • Knowledge of construction and facilities maintenance aspects
