S. and Canadian export regulations. Enjoy a collaborative work environment with ample growth opportunities. This position requires a college degree and at least three years of related experience. You will determine export classifications, assist in compliance procedures, manage export activities, and coordinate projects with business partners and suppliers. Your strong organizational skills and knowledge of legal regulations will ensure seamless operations in aerospace or defense industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Classify hardware, software, and technology under export regulations
• Manage compliance with ITAR, EAR, and Canadian laws
• Prepare and submit export permit applications and licenses
• Conduct denied party screenings and audits for compliance
• Develop materials for global Export Control communication
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of U.
S. and Canadian export laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French
