Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Foster relationships with educational institutions for talent attraction
• Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
• Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven ability to influence leaders and build relationships
• Experience with HR analytics tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications Drive TTI's recruitment excellence by utilizing your strategic insights and leadership skills.
