As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will spearhead innovative recruitment strategies, focusing on employer branding and scalable sourcing programs. Collaborate with senior leaders to address workforce needs, enhancing the recruitment experience and attracting top talent to support TTI's growth. Your expertise in relationships will be pivotal in influencing organizational hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-year talent acquisition roadmaps
- Foster relationships with universities and talent pipelines
- Lead and coach a high-performing recruitment team
- Drive branding initiatives to enhance TTI's employer reputation
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition leadership
- Proven talent strategy execution experience
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
