In this pivotal position, you will work closely with project management to ensure accurate job costing and financial reporting. You will lead the accounting department, maintain compliance with all regulations, and assist in strategic budgeting. Your contributions will directly impact the profitability and efficiency of the company's ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate reporting of job costs and budgets • Lead accounting processes and maintain the General Ledger • Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor daily balances • Analyze financial data and present reports concisely • Participate in audits and implement internal controls
Requirements: • Bachelor's in accounting and 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong initiative and self-management skills • Proficient in Excel and construction accounting software • Experience managing audit processes • Knowledge of data visualization tools
