This role is vital for executing operational controls in Monex's global structured FX options business. As an Options Control Analyst, you'll independently validate trade economics and structures while escalating discrepancies for timely resolution. Candidates must have a robust background in derivatives operations and a keen analytical mind.
Key Responsibilities: • Verify structured FX option transactions within KACE (FENICS) • Implement and maintain operational procedures globally • Address reconciliation and valuation discrepancies promptly • Support the development of trade capture standards • Partner with internal teams for process enhancements
Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in derivatives or trade support • Strong understanding of FX products and trade structures • Skilled in problem-solving and analytical tasks • Proficient in communication with strong organizational skills
