As a Personal Support Worker, you’ll be integral to our residents’ well-being, following personalized care plans and observing their needs. Your responsibilities include monitoring care procedures and assisting with documentation. You’ll also participate in training sessions and help onboard new staff, contributing to our supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor resident care in accordance with established plans • Document care activities as directed by supervisors • Attend training and staff meetings regularly • Assist with onboarding new personnel in the facility • Follow Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) procedures
Requirements: • Graduate from a Personal Support Worker program • Knowledge of bedside care techniques for residents • Understanding of good sanitation methods • Familiarity with geriatric care needs • Commitment to teamwork and community values
