Join Miller Waste Systems as a Maintenance Coordinator in Markham, Ontario. This permanent full-time role focuses on overseeing maintenance software and documentation while supporting technician training.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will report to the District Equipment Manager and work afternoon shifts from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. You’ll manage work orders, assist with preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in maintenance coordination and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage the facility maintenance software and work orders • Support technician training on work order processes • Oversee preventative maintenance equipment schedules • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation • Monitor 3rd party service contracts and warranty claims
Requirements: • Experience in a Maintenance Coordinator or Service Advisor role • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Valid G Class driver's license with a clean abstract • Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety Act
