As an instructor of English, you will maintain classroom order while fostering a strong bond with students to enhance their educational experience. You’ll be tasked with implementing the Spirit of English methodology effectively, grading assignments, and building connections with students and parents alike to support their progress. Your ability to coach and inspire will make a significant impact on your students' English language journey.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver insightful English lessons based on our methodology • Ensure classroom management and a supportive learning space • Assess and grade student performance fairly • Encourage relationships with parents for supportive learning • Maintain comprehensive records for grading and attendance
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution • Familiarity with teaching methodologies preferred • Experience with classroom management techniques • Excellent communication skills for engaging interactions • Willingness to participate in professional growth opportunities
