In this role, you will support the Management Centre of Excellence by managing various programs, including entrepreneurial skills training and mentorship. Collaborating with the Director, you will design new initiatives, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure program effectiveness through evaluation.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee MCE’s programs, focusing on mentorship and training • Develop strong relationships with students, faculty, and external partners • Implement feedback mechanisms for program improvement • Report on performance metrics and outcomes • Supervise staff involved in communications and support
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in program management or business roles • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required • Strong skills in organization and communication • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment • Highly motivated with a passion for entrepreneurship
