In this leadership role, you will manage Manufacturing Engineering activities and guide teams through equipment setup, process improvement, and technology integration. With a focus on operational performance, you will implement action plans to enhance team engagement and productivity while achieving company goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage engineering launch and process change activities • Develop and lead manufacturing process documentation • Support operational performance with engineering expertise • Achieve company budgets and profitability targets • Conduct team meetings and provide performance feedback
Requirements: • 8-10 years of leadership experience in automotive or manufacturing • Engineering Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work flexibly and uphold confidentiality
