Key Responsibilities: • Understand menu items for informed guest interactions • Follow established service standards consistently • Complete assigned side work efficiently • Collaborate with bartenders for stocking and cleanliness • Maintain monthly inventory of service equipment
Requirements: • At least six months of restaurant experience • Must be 21 years of age or older • Ability to interpret safety and operational documents • Proficient in basic math calculations • Cache Creek Casino Resort gaming license required
