As a Baker with COBS Bread, you will be responsible for leading our freshness commitment while working as part of a close-knit team. This role welcomes your passion and willingness to learn, regardless of prior baking experience. Together, you will create delightful products that bring joy to customers each day.
Key Responsibilities: • Bake each morning following crafted recipes • Maintain cleanliness throughout the bakery environment • Read production schedules and accurately measure ingredients • Mould and shape dough before baking in ovens • Contribute to an exceptional customer experience
Requirements: • Early riser with a positive attitude • Strong organization and teamwork skills • Willingness to learn and grow in your role • Ability to stand and lift up to 22 kg • Commitment to quality in baking and customer service
