Verily Health is seeking a strategic Software Development Manager to spearhead technical initiatives. With a focus on overseeing a team of 8-10 developers, you will ensure projects align with our mission of improving health outcomes. Your leadership will champion innovation and drive impactful solutions within our patient-centered platform.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and expand a team of software developers • Manage project planning, execution, and timely delivery • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet strategic goals • Provide technical guidance for project milestones
Requirements: • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of technical leadership managing 15+ developers • Proven success in delivering complex software projects • Expertise in software development methodologies • Understanding of Agile practices preferred
