Collaboration with functional area directors and meticulous tracking of project progress will be vital. Your leadership will be essential in shaping efficient project management practices that align with client objectives and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Train and oversee Project Managers and their activities
• Review and recommend new hires for the project management team
• Develop and manage project delivery documentation
• Track financial status and budget compliance
• Facilitate project planning meetings and conflict resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences
• Over 12 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Lead project management initiatives and drive clinical success at Everest Clinical Research.
