In this position, your focus will be on providing courteous waste removal services while adhering to all safety standards. You will complete necessary inspections, maintain your vehicle, and address any mechanical issues to ensure the highest standards of service. Your professionalism and attention to detail will support safe waste transport in the region.
Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate roll-off and flatbed trucks for waste transport • Complete daily safety lane inspections and reports • Communicate potential hazards and vehicle issues immediately • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Keep the vehicle clean and maintain service records
Requirements: • Class 1 Driver's License with clean driving history • Experience operating heavy equipment preferred • Strong team collaboration and communication skills • Ability to carry out physical tasks effectively • Previous experience in a mine site environment is an asset
