Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily counter operations and staff scheduling • Manage a high-volume order desk and resolve service issues • Maintain an organized showroom and execute promotions • Optimize merchandising for maximum visibility and impulse buys • Coordinate inventory to align with high-demand items
Requirements: • Experience in HVAC/R or related fields • Strong leadership and coaching skills • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to building positive contractor relations
