This BSW role is essential for delivering comprehensive care within the Kids First department. You will work with families and individuals while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Flexibility in work hours and settings is key to meeting client needs. A Bachelor of Social Work or Psychology and a Class 5 driver's license are required.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver assessments and manage treatment programs for families • Engage in case management for various client groups • Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff • Provide counseling in diverse and flexible settings • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills
Requirements: • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Bachelor of Psychology • Valid Class 5 driver's license required • Registered or eligible with Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers • Strong conflict resolution and critical thinking abilities • Experience in cross-cultural communication
