Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and advise on petitions and appeals processes
• Draft necessary documentation and petitions for special cases
• Lead workshops and seminars for academic staff
• Communicate guidelines to committee members effectively
• Work collaboratively with casual staff on petition management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least four years in academic advising or registrarial work
• Familiarity with student information systems like ROSI/ACORN
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in all interactions Support the success of diverse students at the University of Toronto Scarborough through effective advocacy and guidance.
