In this role, you will be integral to the On-Corridor Works project, working with a dedicated team on environmental surveys, asset condition checks, and signaling installations. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and produce critical documentation to guide on-site work. The position provides you with the opportunity to implement innovative solutions that address signaling challenges in the rail industry.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise on-site subcontractors and ensure best practices • Ensure adherence to Alstom and national safety standards • Produce Job Hazard Analysis and Work Plans • Manage access requests and tool inspections • Facilitate timely progress reporting and shift reviews
Requirements: • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics • 5+ years in Signalling field operations and supervision • Strong knowledge of DD&I and pre-construction surveys • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Flexibility for travel and working under seasonal conditions
