2+ years of experience in data analysis, solutions consulting, business analysis, or a similar role Strong SQL fluency; BigQuery experience is a plus Comfortable with self-serve querying Ability to scope ambiguous requests and define what "done" looks like from the start Strong written and verbal communication for client‑facing summaries Comfortable working directly with clients or internal commercial teams under a fast turnaround pace Comfortable presenting data findings and methodology directly to clients and helping clients interpret results Ability to move quickly and decisively without overanalyzing Enough SQL/notebook fluency to spec engineering work credibly is nice to have Prior consulting or client‑facing analyst background is nice to have Familiarity with a BI/dashboarding tool such as Looker or Tableau is nice to have Core Competencies
