As the Production Designer at Anthem, you will collaborate to refine and innovate home models within the residential construction sector. Your role will require five years' experience and expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and bylaws. Stay informed on industry trends and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the building process.
Key Responsibilities: • Update and refine existing model lines for residential homes • Create construction drawings and design show homes • Collaborate across departments for product development • Maintain positive relationships with industry officials and contractors • Stay current with code and industry changes
Requirements: • Degree in Architectural Technologies or Civil Engineering • 5+ years in the residential construction field • Detail-oriented and organized approach to projects • Strong project cost control experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
